How it works

One process. Every return.

The same five steps for every parcel, recorded as they happen, so the answer to “what happened to this return?” is always on file.

Step 1

Arrive

Customers return through the portal you already use. Parcels are sent to our hub instead of your warehouse, and your outbound fulfilment is untouched.

We connect to Swap, AfterShip, Loop, Redo or a custom feed, so we know what to expect before the box lands.

Step 2

Record & match

Every parcel is opened on camera. The recording is tied to the order, timestamped and kept, whatever happens next.

Parcels with no label, or the wrong one, are matched using order and customer data. For one brand, 92% of unidentified parcels were matched this way.

Step 3

Inspect

Each garment is checked against what was ordered: right item, tags, wear, marks, faults. Faults are photographed and logged, with the video as backup.

That is how one brand had 118 faulty items evidenced with video and photos.

Step 4

Decide

Each item gets one of three outcomes, against rules you set with us:

  • Pass: as new, ready to resell.
  • Recover: can be sold again after minor work.
  • Quarantine: not sellable as is. You hear why, with the evidence.
Step 5

Recover

Passed and recovered stock is repacked and palletised, then goes back to your 3PL, to your retail shop or on to your marketplaces. Return shipping, packing and palletising are part of the price.

You see every return, its decision and its evidence in one place.

What changes for you

Less to manage, more to sell.

Nothing to change on outbound

Keep your 3PL, your carriers and your returns portal. We slot in behind them.

Disputes closed with evidence

Video for every parcel means fewer refunds paid on a customer's word alone.

Stock back on sale sooner

Recoverable garments get inspected and returned to you instead of sitting in a corner of someone's warehouse.

Send us a small batch of returns.

We'll process them, record every parcel on camera, and show you exactly what you'd get.
