Specialist returns processing for ecommerce brands.
Every parcel opened on camera. Every recoverable garment back on sale. Live within a week, on top of the portal, WMS and 3PL you already use.
Start with a small batch. See the evidence before you commit to anything.
† 1,539 garments saved from write-off at a £128 average item value. Figures are from client engagements. Client names are not published.
Returns fall into the gap between the portal and the warehouse.
Your returns portal tells the customer what to do. Your warehouse is built to send orders out. Nobody is set up to deal properly with what comes back, so money quietly leaks.
Parcels arrive anonymous
No label, wrong label, no order number. Unmatched returns pile up and customers chase refunds you cannot verify.
Disputes are your word against theirs
"I sent back three items." Without a recording of the box being opened, you refund. With one, you have the answer in a link.
Good stock gets written off
Garments that could be sold again sit in cartons or get binned, because nobody has the time to check and restore them.
One link settles any dispute.
Every parcel is opened under a bench camera with item-level barcode scanning. When a customer says an item was never in the box, your team sends a timestamped video link and the conversation ends there.
- 100% of missing-item disputes won, for one brand
- Faulty items proven twice, on video and with an outlined close-up photo
- A shareable link for your customer service team or the customer

No label, no packing slip, no problem.
In most operations an unidentified parcel is a black hole, and the refund gets paid blind. We photograph every one and AI matches it back to its order by garment, size, order history and portal data. 92% were matched for one brand.

Back on the shelf, ready to sell at full price.
Most returned garments fail resale for trivial reasons: creased, a trace of perfume, a mark. We steam, sanitise, wipe and lint-roll each recoverable item, repackage it to retail standard and send it back on weekly pallets.

We do not replace your software.
Your returns portal, your WMS and your 3PL stay exactly as they are. reitrn sits between them: returns data comes in, results go back, and passed stock goes out. Connects to Swap, AfterShip, Loop, Redo or a custom build.

Everything a returns operation should do, done on every parcel.
Right garment, right bag
Garment label and bag scanned as a pair. A mismatch cannot pass, and the garment is re-barcoded on the spot.
Learn more →Other brands' items intercepted
Customers sometimes swap labels between brands. Those items never enter your stock and never earn a refund.
Learn more →Refunds the moment we process
Status syncs to your returns portal in real time, so refunds can release as soon as a return passes inspection.
Learn more →Arrival truth
Carriers mark parcels "delivered" while they sit at a depot. We scan every parcel on arrival so you see what is really here.

Fashion brands come to us in different situations. Here is how each one played out.

reitrn for shoppers · Coming soon - The parcel is opened on camera
Recorded, matched to its order and inspected garment by garment.
Returns processing - Good stock goes back on sale
Restored, repackaged and returned on pallets. The rest is dealt with responsibly.
Recovery & restock - Every outcome becomes a score
What happened to each return becomes a band on that customer's next order.
reitrn Score
The score feeds the next return, and the loop starts again.
Priced by the work, not the parcel.
Pricing relates to processing time, so a re-bag is not billed like a full recovery. Our software is hands-free and barcode-driven, so proper processing takes less labour. Packing, palletising and return shipping are included.
- A trial batch first, so you see the work before you commit
- One rate card, agreed before we start
- Weekly pallets back to you or your 3PL, or daily next-day transfers
Before you ask.
Do you replace our returns portal, WMS or 3PL?
No. We work on top of them. Your returns portal keeps handling the customer side, your WMS and 3PL keep handling stock and outbound. Returns data comes in from your portal, results go back to it, and passed stock goes back to your 3PL, shop or marketplaces.
How quickly can we start?
One luxury womenswear brand was live in seven days. Setup is AI-assisted: we build a workflow around what counts as recoverable, your repackaging specs and your non-brand item rules, configured in days rather than months.
Which returns portals do you work with?
We connect to Swap, AfterShip, Loop and Redo, or to a custom build. If you use something else, tell us and we will check.
What do we get back?
Pallets of passed stock, a record of every return with its decision, and video and photo evidence you can share. Anything we quarantine, we tell you why. Items that cannot return to sale can be offered to charity partners instead of landfill.
What does a trial involve?
You send a small batch of returns, typically about a week's worth. We process them on camera and show you the results, so you can judge the quality of the work before committing to anything.
What does it cost?
We price by processing time per garment, with packing, palletising and return shipping included. After a trial batch we can quote from your real data rather than guessing.
Send us a small batch of returns.
We'll process them, record every parcel on camera, and show you exactly what you'd get.
